Terms and Conditions

COMMUNICATION POLICY
For tracking purposes, all communication in relation to orders will be done strictly via email. Please be advised that Dapper Des Creative Studios services many orders at the same time and there may be short periods of time where you do not receive any contact until there is something to produce for your approval. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 5PM to 9PM CST. We are closed on the weekends and all federal holidays. Due to a high level of inquiries please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

PAYMENTS + PRICING
All payments are submitted through the website only. This allows all orders to be tracked properly and worked in accordance to the pay date. We offer many payment options during checkout to include Cash App, PayPal, and a few buy now/pay later options. Prices on this site are subject to change and are effective immediately upon upload to the site.  Additional fees that may be accrued can be paid via invoice. Final files will be sent once all applicable fees are paid.

REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS
Dapper Des Creative Studios will not authorize any refunds once the project begins. Each project is started the next day after the order is placed. The only exception that warrants a refund is if there is a serious error at the fault of "Dapper Des Creative Studios". If for any reason you wish to cancel the project, please note that you will not be reimbursed and your project progress will come to an end. If you wish to re-book the service after cancellation, you will be subject to paying the price of the service again. If a client is noted as being disrespectful or difficult to work with, Dapper Des Creative Studios reserves the right to cancel project and refund (if applicable), without notice.

TURN AROUND TIME
All artwork takes between 7-15 business days. Please understand turn around times are estimated time frames. Final turn around times are subject to change due to revisions, late replies to emails, etc. Depending on the workload, projects may take slightly less or more time than advertised. You will be notified if there is a significant delay to your project. Turn around times may also be extended during peak business seasons (around major holidays). Weekends and holidays aren't included in the turnaround time. Rush services are available if you're in a crunch for an additional fee. 

DRAFTS + REVISIONS
Drafts are for viewing and approval purposes only. Drafts are not to be distributed or edited in any way by the client. All drafts are property of Dapper Des Creative Studios until you receive your final files for your own personal/commercial usage. The design process will be done in rounds. Round one is the first set of drafts, round two and after are revision rounds. For logo orders, you will receive multiple drafts in the first round. Most other projects are subject to only one design concept. You will receive 2 free revisions to the proofs. Anything after the 2 revisions (3 total rounds) will be subject to a $10 per revision fee.

FINALIZATION + FILES
Once the final product is checked and approved by the client, the design process has completed. Please ensure that you are satisfied with everything before you approve the final design. There will be no additional revisions, even if the client did not use all of the complimentary revisions allowed. If there is an error on Dapper Des' part (spelling, missed info, etc.), Dapper Des Creative Studios will fix it free of charge. However, any changes such as colors, font, design elements etc. after final approval will be subject to a $10 revision fee.
You will receive logo designs in several colorways for different purposes. All projects are sent in .JPG , .PNG , AND .PDF formats. I do not provide PSD files.

GHOSTING POLICY
Any client who books a service and fails to respond after 2 weeks will receive a courtesy follow up email. If the emails are still not responded to after an additional week, and no formal agreement was made between the client and Dapper Des, the project will be determined to be neglected and no refund will be provided. If Client would like to continue their order after it was cancelled by the designer, a restart fee of up to $150 (depending on the project) will be charged before project can resumes.

FREESTYLE + SUBMISSION POLICY
I am available to freestyle, but please keep in mind that our creative visions may not match. This can lead to more revisions than needed along with an extended turn around time and fees. It is important to have a vision of some kind for your business so it can be relayed to me for optimal designing. Clients are required to submit all HIGH QUALITY photos and/or verbiage (text) they need for their project. Pixelated or ultra filtered photos will result in a less desirable outcome. Please refrain from submitting any dull phone images, screenshots or low quality photos. Please make sure all submitted content is spell checked and not subject to copyright.
